On Friday 9th February, some of our Y5 class represented Foljambe at the Skipping Festival organised by Chris and Adelle from Skipping School and the Rotherham School Games team. 👏
The event saw over 180 children participating in skipping and learning new skipping skills, whilst also giving them a chance to represent their school at a School Games event.
All schools attending received a giant skipping rope in order to practice some of the games they took part in when they returned to school. This will also allow them to continue improving the skills they have developed!
Our children loved this new challenge and really gave it their best, they had so much fun!
